Vila Gale Resort Mares - Guarajuba

The a la carte restaurants at this beachfront resort offer beautiful views and delicious food. There are options for extra dining experiences including several other restaurants. the rooms are spacious and surrounded by lush gardens. according to some reviews, the service can be slow and inconsistent.

The resort seems to have a serious problem with plastic waste, from plastic cups to straws left behind by guests and staff, leading to environmental concerns.

The rooms met all requests. Luis Eduardo Magalhaes airport was hardly 1 minute away by car. We can recommend it as we truly enjoyed this hotel😃

It's a beautiful place and allows for a fantastic rest. The parquisado neat and sober but very nice atmosphere, everything very clean and care except the gym. Guarajuba beach is the best in the area, warm water, clean, with natural pools 20 minutes walk. The cabins are very functional and modern style, comfortable, very good privacy and exit to the pool area and sea, allows you to relax and disconnect. Shower of wonderful power, the hydromassage in the bathroom is enjoyed. Very good will to solve requests but bad not to give iron something practical and common that the resorts provide.the huge and comfortable bed and accommodated very well to my children. The food with few options but of quality, surely one finds a combination that pleases him. The desserts are the highlight, little variety but very good taste and quality. The pool is beautiful, warm and clean water, many chairs and a separate highlight for the grill next to the pool, grill that delights with roast beef, pork and fish perfectly cooked to taste and served by a great grill of great kindness and good humor. It is a very high point the latter. Very friendly all the reception staff and throughout the hotel. We were allowed to stay until 2 pm at the check out. The excellent animation about everything that has to do with the typical Bahian. I recommend it for those who enjoy the all inclusive system with the possibility of achieving isolation and tranquility. I would come back, we had a great time.

Few bathrooms near the pool and central areas. mediocre gymnastics area, draws attention for the level of the resort. Only 16 deck chairs on the beach according to the protection of turtles. Praia do Forte is also protected, resorts allow all the necessary protection. There are, however, many beach chairs, close by, up on the lawn area, you get used to it. They do not provide ironing. (Ferro do pasar). Few extra activities. Wifi is very mediocre.

I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel for a few days and I must say, it was an experience to remember. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool and beach access fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the location advantages made it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions. the poolside snack bar and beach bar exceeded my expectations.

Although they were exclusive and had all the necessary amenities, they could use some updating and maintenance.

Very good facilities. Good Services. We arrived at night, apparently they didnt find the reservation, but then they provided us an upgrade. Nice hotel to just forget life and relax...

It would be nice to improve the light sinalization at night. A person by mistake went at night to the wrong apt number and entered in my rooom (that was open) .Not nice surprise.. But then everything solved...

Welcome base for city break in Guarajuba. Pool available in the hotel. We liked staying at vila gale mares. Area is so close to the sites like praia do surf within 10 minutes walk.

Spent Xmas at this resort and had a great time. Enjoyed the beautiful beach and the variety of sea activities available, including surfing classes for the kids. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. The breakfasts and afternoon tea were delicious, offering a good variety of food and drinks. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding nature and attractions.

While the resort was overall enjoyable there were a few issues. The wifi was spotty and only available in certain areas.

1 out of 5 days without room cleaning. Need to improve swimming pool maintenance.

Fiquei hospedada no chale master e adorei. Espacoso, com uma vista linda para o mar. Comida boa, com variedade. Como todos os dias tapioca no cafe e acaraje no almoco. Em todas as refeicoes tinha camarao. Adorei os 7 dias que passei no resort.

Não gostei da falta de educação de alguns hóspedes que bebiam na beira da piscina e deixavam os copos sujos na borda. Vi alguns até fumando dentro da água.

I had a great stay, the hotel had clean facilities, a nice beach, and friendly staff. the location on the beach was enjoyable, and the breakfast was delicious.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The beach was absolutely breathtaking, the landscape was truly amazing! We were also impressed with the size of the pool and the variety of food and drink options available.

The rooms were not as clean as we had expected and we encountered a few pests. the staff wasn't consistently friendly.
